                Conclusion :

                This is definitely up there with no xplode as the best pre workout booster. Great energy mental focus and endurance. I dont need to take breaks with white flood as even after 3-4 weeks taking it i still feel crazy energy and endurance. weird. as wehre no xplode 2-3 weeks energy drops. I did sweat a lot though when taking white flood. Def recommend this over no xplode, as it has 100 damn scoops, tough to beat.
