Anyways...I had a good workout, strength was still up and I got a PR on one exersise. I could have tried to do more on that set but I boinked myself off the forehead lol. Too tired I guess I wasnt paying attention.I wasnt in the mood for cardio today but did 20minutes. I had to get back home to bring my mother back to her place. She always rushes me. (
