    ***This is pretty much the routine I follow, however I do swap an excersise here & there. Also I'm rotating this leg routine with another, Leg extensions, squats, sldl's, leg press

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 3 days 30min following weights (treadmill, bike, elliptical --random mode) 2 days if my schedule allows 45-60minutes (treadmill, bike, elliptical --random mode or sprints)

    Current Diet: I'm basiclly maintaining right now, cals around 2000 but not def on that. Chicken, eggs, fruit, veggies etc..

                          NOTES: It was a good workout, plenty of focus & energy. Funny thing is at 8:00am I felt pretty tired from another crappy night of sleep. Nothing else to note at the moment.

                          UPDATED NOTES I started feeling a headache coming on around 2pm. I have no idea if its related I just wanted to note in anyways just in case it becomes a pattern. It's also very hot & humid here today, so that could be the the reason.

                              I did get another headache this morning, but it was hours before I took the GB & WB it went away. I took them today at 12:20pm no headaches to report!

                              I drink 20-40oz depending on what Im doing/how long I'm there.

                              I have a pretty high libido to begin with but I will def let you know if I notice anything.
