Notes: Weight was 205.8. Added sets to the Deads because I added sets to Squats and don't want the quads overpowering the hams.

Notes: I'll have a summary on days 18-22 posted later today. There's a lot to cover and I don't want to rush through it and miss something.

          Summary:

Sorry this took longer than expected. Been at the hospital with my wife the last couple of days and getting this update logged took a backseat. Everything is OK now and we are back at home.

For the past few workouts, nothing has changed in terms of diet, hours of sleep, preworkout intake, or during workout intake. What I have been noticing lately is that I no longer get the tingling sensation in my face - but that is expected. I don't feel the rush of energy or euphoric feeling that came over me when this log first started. The recovery between sets is still on point and I still have energy during the majority of my workout, as you can see from the numbers that keep going up on my lifts. So, White FLOOD is still having a positive effect on my workouts. I'm getting bigger in terms of muscle size and I'm still sticking around the 205 weight range.

Some negative things I've been noticing lately: stomach feels bloated on most mornings after taking my GM and WF before my workout. This has been making leg days very uncomfortable because I feel like I want to puke on squats, leg press, and deadlifts. Usually this feeling lasts the entire duration of the workout. My workouts are typically 1hr-1.5hrs depending on the number of sets I feel like doing that day. The last thing I've noticed lately is that around the 1hr mark, I feel like a hit a wall. I still grind out any last sets that I have to complete but I could probably do more if my energy levels were higher. This doesn't happen on every workout, but I've noticed it a few times.

Looking forward to any questions and feedback from the CL reps on this.

            Day23: April 12, 2007
            ME Upper

            Incline DB Press:
            45sx10 (warmup) - 80sx8 - 85sx8 - 90sx8 - 90sx4

            Wide Pulldowns:
            130x10 - 130x9 - 130x5

            Standing Military Press:
            105x8 - 110x8 - 110x8

            Yates Row:
            200x8 - 200x8 - 200x8

            Dips:
            BWx12 - BW+25x10 - BW+35x10

            DB Hammer Curls:
            35sx8/8 - 40sx8/8 - 45sx8/8

Notes: Weight was 205.6. Really good workout today. Despite the way my stomach has been the past few workouts, today it didn't feel bloated. I still felt fairly drained energy-wise after the last set of Yates, and Dips and Hammers were a b!tch to get through, but I made it. No overwhelming rush of energy at the start of the workout, but I could tell that something was kicking in. Just not as strong as it was at the beginning of the log. Numbers were up again on some of the lifts. Water intake was the same as usual during the workout, and I'll have killed 2 gallons by end of day which is my standard.

Notes: Weight was 205.8. I tried PU's advice on how I dosed my supplements and today was a world of difference. Took my shake as soon as I woke up. Then I took GG 30min later and chased it down with GM. About 30min later I took 2scoops of WF and headed out the door. Energy was great. Stomach did not feel bloated. I was really happy with today's workout. Recovery was great in between sets, and that wall that I usually hit around the 1hr mark never came. I even felt the rush of energy as the WF started to kick in, and haven't felt that for several workouts. This will become my dosing protocol from now until the end of the log. Just about at the midway point and very impressed overall with the results I am getting. Thanks again to PU for the feedback and I'm guessing that mixing the GM with WF and chasing down the GG was too much for my stomach to take at once.

Notes: Weight was 206.6. The halfway point of the log. Twenty-five workouts so far. Did the same dosing schedule as yesterday and everything was on point. Focus, recovery, and energy were great. Workout was about 1.5hrs. Working hard on those 100's and I feel like getting the 110's up before workout 50 is certainly within reach. Included some pictures to show progress thus far. Kinda pissed about my lack of cardio, but that will change starting tomorrow. Was going to take a day off and rest, but will be hitting the gym first thing in the morning.

Notes: Weight was 205.6. Stomach felt great today, after spacing my GM/GG and WF doses by about 25min. None of the bloating that I'd been previously experiencing during deads and squats. It paid off too because the weight and reps went up on deads today. Almost reppin' 300, which is pretty good for me and my size-lacking legs. Still had energy after the 1hr weight session and had some time to spare so I threw in a 10min cardio cooldown session at the end. Everything is still a positive with White FLOOD, and no sides to report.

Had planned on going for around 300 on deads (which has been a very long time since I pulled that much on that lift) and wanted to be well-rested. The 305 isn't a PR, but it good to be back over 300 for more than 1 rep.

Notes: Weight was 204.6. Energy started to kick in about mid-way through the workout which is why the reps are a little lower than last time on the inclines, but stomach was still feeling bad about the entire time (as usual). Going to drop the GlycerGrow from pre-workout, but keep it as part of my during workout drink mixture. This should help determine if it's the GG or WF that's causing the stomach problems.
