First, I just wanted to say Im new to all this and I recently started working out (4 months ago)
My friend told me about CL products and that I should give it a shot. I decided to pick up Green Magnitude since my friend refered it to me as " The best Sh1t ever"Even though im making great progress with just whey protein, he encouraged me to pick up creatine and that I should get GM. I just have one question.
Does the MCC in GM contain enough magnesium for me to stop supplementing it else where? I have a Zinc/Magnesium/Calcium vitaman that I take daily and I wanted to know if it would hinder the effectiveness of GM. I tried googling this, but I came up with nothing.
