  • RA Gen 1 and 2 question...

    Really this could be for any thermogenic, and by that, I mean the reputed ones (RA, Scorch, Lipo 6, Hot Rox, etc.). I'm curious as to what the average metabolic boost would be from said thermogenics? I know there are a lot of variables, but play along anyways.

    Well, personally I think that depending on your diet the range can be HUGE.. with a proper diet and water intake I'd say that you could get a significant metabolic boost.. but I'm not silly enough to put a # on it.

      Even ephedrine / clen = the 10% range

      That's why some people expect too much from fatloss products... but most fatloss products have more to them than just metabolic boost.

        Not expecting it to do my job for me, but was more curious as to how much it truly can do. I mean, at the gym between cardio and weights, I'm pushing about 1000 calories +- 100. Now, I couple that with a 1800-2300 calorie day of about 5-6 meals. Also, my RMR is reported to be (according to the formulas) in the range of 2800-3100 calories a day maintenance. So I'm under maintenance by a good chunk, my workouts are producing good numbers, so just thought I would see what thermos would add to it.

        Curiousity, meh.

          I find the endurance, stamina, and appetite (CRAVING) suppression from both Gen 1 and Gen 2 to be top notch. Gen 2 is better for those that are susceptible to cramping (from the TTA).

            As I agree with on RA gen1. However, my curiousity is what kind of number/percentage/etc boost could RA or any of the top thermos give you. Again, I know it's not an exact science due to many variables, but if ephed can give ~10%, what would something like RA or Scorch (similar looking contents) be able to do, ~4-5% ?

              Also, just out of curiosity, while going through my daily calories and expenditures, I realized I'm essentially at about 1200 (+- 200) calories for the day. Again, this is after my usual intake of about 2300 (+- say 150-200). I've been doing more cardio and similar weights, so I figured that alone to be ~900 calories right there. So even though maintenance for my height/weight/age is ~2800-3100, I should be losing weight. But would it be better for me to add a refeed day or a day where my calories ARE about 3000 and then start back dropping? Hope this makes sense, I'm tired and at work, 2 bad things.

                I don't think I can claim a certain percentage, but we are definately lucky to have other [LEGAL] potent ingredients proven to stimulate metabolic rate... you may be able to actually "feel" the thermo effects kick in after a few days on Red ACID.

                  I felt it day one, made me hot as hell and flushed tbh. After that it leveled out better but I was just trying to get a ballpark figure on what it would affect calorie countwise. Oh well.
