    Are these X-rep (partials) things really worth spending my time on? If so what would be your reccomendations as to how to use them most effectively?

    If you're talking about 'burns' as arnie referred to them as .... then I really only do those for my biceps and really nothing else. Just more warming up to squeeze the blood through to maximum capacity.
