    just wore my arms completely out.
    2nd day on white blood. First day took 3 pills. Second day took 4.

    After my workout (Arms) that afternoon my arms were aching pretty bad. I am not sure what to contribute it to, the arm workout which was as follows

    V bar Cable Pressdowns 3 x 10
    Overhead tricep extensions 3 x 10
    Skull crushers 3 x 10
    Close Grip Bench 3 x 10
    straight bar cable press downs 3 x 10

    ez bar cursl 3 x 10
    incline db curls 3 x 10
    hammer curls 3 x 10

    I also playes 2 hours of raquette ball which I have not played in a long time.

    Maybe it was just a combination of the 3....I dunno.

    First, I'd take 2 pills first and see how you react to it, more is not always better. 4 WB pills and my arms might explode

    Second, playing raquette ball after an arm workout might contribute something

      Aching as in how? Was it more of a pain or a after workout ache? What area was aching?

        It was defenitely an ache. Both arms felt swollen and just ached from shoulders to my wrist. mainly elbows to wrist. Yesterday was my off day for lifting weights, so I changed to taking my White Blood Pre Bed and only 3 pills in lieu of 4. All the ache is gone, it was just after that one day.

          Keep us posted if it comes back, may have been too high of a dose.

              I'd have said overuse myself. Seeing that the ache was mainly forearm area and raquetball is hard on them especially if just gettiing into lifting and playing that long. Good to hear it passed though. I know you feel if you do more you'll see more, but since you're getting into the whole swing of working out more regularly and all, don't over do it or you'll burnout and quit.

                Well the aching and all was Saturday...and today is Tuesday and I have had no other signs of it happening again. I did however change my White Blood dosage to nightime, and only 3 capsules.

                Just a lil update... I weighed in this morning at 297.6. My weight a week ago was 306. I know alot of this is more than likely water, but I have really upped my ligting and cardio. This is the first time under 300lbs in years.

                Starting weight 351
                Current weight 297.6
