  • Just Got My Stacks GM/WB/PW/GG

    I'm going to start stacking these (GM/WB/PW/GG) plus Animal Pak and of course the norm protein, efa's... anyway, my question is even looking at the stacking info on the site I'm a bit confused. Because just by reading info on the forums i think everybody agrees that taking PW pre during and post in the best bet. but i dont know what else i should be taking during my workout. i dont know what to take post workout as well. I know this questions is a little loaded, but im very lost.

    Here is what I did.
    Pre workout
    2 scoops GG
    2 scoops PW mixed with GM
    Post
    1 scoop GG
    Post w/o shake
    Pre Bed
    WB and BU
    Do or do not. There is no try!

      First off welcome aboard!

      So how long have you been lifting and what are your goals? Her

      For an easy schedule you could do the following:

      CL Supps:
      GM/ GG - 60 min Pre (you could also do WB here)
      PW - 15 min pre (and if you can sip on it into your workout)
      WB - 30 min prebed

      Nutrition:
      Preworkout Shake - 1.5 hours preworkout
      Post workout shake - 15min - 1hour postworkout

      GG can be taken all pre or split up it just depends on what you prefer. Just make sure you stay hydrated and take in enough water (that is comfortable) during your workout.
