According to another website (http://www.proflexsport.com/page/P/PROD/WEB2) it can be combined with Nitric Oxide enhancers, but I would definately do more research on it prior to taking. As with any prohormone, increased blood pressure is always a possibility. I would advise strongly against a vasodialator in this scenario. You will have an increased amount of blood circulating anyways due to the Halo Clone. You would be best off saving your white blood and any creatine(s) for PCT to serve two functions; one being to give your body a break from them, and two being to help maximize your chances of keeping your gains and possibly gaining more in PCT.
