    Overview :

    Woke up with a headache and felt quite tired today even though i felt i had a good sleep today. Took 1 scoop of GM with plenty of water when i woke.
    Took supplements as above. Headache started to wear off after about an hour and felt ok then.

    My mood is good. Got quite tetchy today, but could be cos i am tired....

    Stretching session done as i woke to ease my muscular aches. Muscles really feeling full and hard, especially my arms and stomach feeling tighter (no six pack yet but trying...)

    Hopefully back in the gym tomorrow for my Back/Bicep workout.

      Overview :

      Didn't get to the gym so did a cardio session today. Thought i'd see how long i could go on the Orbitrek at the same pace non stop. I managed 45 mins before feeling any fatigue.
      I only normally use this to warm up for my Tae-Bo sessions.
      So today was a good indication that my stamina/endurance has increased quite dramatically.

      A good cardio session to say the least as.

      My mood is still good and my sleep is excellent. No aches in the muscles today but still did a stretching session to keep myself supple.

      Be back in the gym in the morning for my Back/Biceps workout.

        Overview :

        Woke up refreshed today after a very good nights sleep.
        Had a great intense workout at the gym too today, Some real good pumps and good all round concentration. I could really feel the muscles i was working today.
        Feeling very Hard and Full in the muscle and my weight has increased again to 166lbs.

          Overview :

          Another good nights sleep. Also a good day in the gym, felt really good from starting my BB presses to the finish of my session. Really good focus and strength in pushing.
          Strength increasing with every session too.

          Feeling really good mood wise. Some good pumps again today, Could actually see some slightly raised veins today...

          No issues at all with fatigue bu t did feel like i had a workout when i'd done.

          Back in work for the next few days so no gym work but possibly a cardio session in a couple of days.

                    Overview :

                    Excellent nights sleep last night and woke up really refreshed. I had a great well focused and good concentrated workout today and can definatley see improvements in my numbers and the way i feel when pushing.

                    My strength is coming on in every workout and feel much harder throughout the day too.

                    It is now 3 weeks in and have gained another 0.5lb in weight so i am now 166.5lb. Its coming slowley but surely...

                    At the end of next week i will take some final measurements and have a day in the gym to perform some 1 rep max's on my lifts to compare from the start.

                    Gym Tomorrow for my Leg workout, which will again be light but not as light as last time as i dont want to rush my knee too quickly.

                      Quite a good leg day to say i was going slowley on the knee. Slight twinge in it but nothing bad. It felt a lot stronger than last week so a definate improvement there.

                      Mood has been excellent all month and doesn't seem like dropping off. Sleep is very good and waking up quite refreshed too.

                        Intense workout which gave me a good resistance and cardio workout in one today.

                        Could really feel it when i left the gym. Actually went back to bed for a couple of hours this afternoon to be ready for my night shift tonight.

                        All looking good so far with no issues.

                        I will be in work on the night shift for the next 3 nights but should be able to get a couple of cardio sessions in when i wake up in the afternoons before work

                                Overview :

                                Had a great nights sleep and woke up feeling very good and ready for the Gym.
                                After my warm-ups i was ready to get fired into the session. My first exercise was the BB incline press and produced a PB for me with 2 sets of 6@198lbs in the middle of the 5 setts done.
                                I was focused all the way through my workout and felt good and strong too.

                                I got a great pump in my chest and it felt like it was going to rip out of my T-Shirt...

                                My weight is up to 167lbs now so thats 3lb in just over 3 weeks which has also given me better strength gains on each workout throughout the month too.

                                So overall so far feeling great and going in the right direction too....
