    Woke this morning and did 30 mins on Orbitrek runner and then a stretching session for flexability.
    Feeling a lot more fuller in the muscles today than before and shape is coming.
    Couldn't get to gym today as after i have followed my son at football the gym is closed.
    Will be back in the gym tomorrow morning for my Shoulder workout.

    Overview :

    Excellent nights sleep last night and woke up really refreshed. I had a great well focused and good concentrated workout today and can definatley see improvements in my numbers and the way i feel when pushing.

    My strength is coming on in every workout and feel much harder throughout the day too.

    It is now 3 weeks in and have gained another 0.5lb in weight so i am now 166.5lb. Its coming slowley but surely...

    At the end of next week i will take some final measurements and have a day in the gym to perform some 1 rep max's on my lifts to compare from the start.

    Gym Tomorrow for my Leg workout, which will again be light but not as light as last time as i dont want to rush my knee too quickly.

    Overview :

    Quite a good leg day to say i was going slowley on the knee. Slight twinge in it but nothing bad. It felt a lot stronger than last week so a definate improvement there.

    Mood has been excellent all month and doesn't seem like dropping off. Sleep is very good and waking up quite refreshed too.

    Overview :

    Woke up and felt good and awake. Went to gym and mixed things up a bit with some Circuit training. Very good feeling and some good pumps too especially in the Lats.
    Intense workout which gave me a good resistance and cardio workout in one today.

    Could really feel it when i left the gym. Actually went back to bed for a couple of hours this afternoon to be ready for my night shift tonight.

    All looking good so far with no issues.

    I will be in work on the night shift for the next 3 nights but should be able to get a couple of cardio sessions in when i wake up in the afternoons before work

    Overview :

    Had a great nights sleep and woke up feeling very good and ready for the Gym.
    After my warm-ups i was ready to get fired into the session. My first exercise was the BB incline press and produced a PB for me with 2 sets of 6@198lbs in the middle of the 5 setts done.
    I was focused all the way through my workout and felt good and strong too.

    I got a great pump in my chest and it felt like it was going to rip out of my T-Shirt...

    My weight is up to 167lbs now so thats 3lb in just over 3 weeks which has also given me better strength gains on each workout throughout the month too.

    So overall so far feeling great and going in the right direction too....

    Default End Review

    Ok here it is the end review for the IGF-2 :

    Wasn't really expecting too much from this as a lot of supplement firms promise but don't really deliver.
    However by the end of the month this product had made some big differences in the gym and to me overall.

    The first thing i started to notice on the IGF-2 was the Elevation in my mood which continued to increase throughout the 30 days and was always at a really high level of (not a feeling of Eutopia) but made me feel excellent all the time and never seemed to have a down day.
    My sleep was excellent throughout the month also. I would go to bed and sleep all the way through until time to get up and also once i awoke i was fresh as a daisy. This also got better the further into the month i got.

    My strength started to be really seen after around 7-10 days and this Definatley improved over the 30 day period. I could see vast improvements in every workout and actually did some PB too. I also found that i could make my workouts more intense with shorter rest periods between sets as well as adding more than normal weight increases.

    The only downer i had on this was that at the end of the 30 days my waist is 1" bigger than when i started but that could also be down to me bulking at the moment too. Having said that though my final BF% is actually down overall from 19% to 18.2%.

    This product IMO is quite a dramatic enhancer for strength and muscle gains and a 8-12 week run of this would really deliver some Dramatic results. If combined with the correct supps, Diet and training would be an excellent chose for anyone whether bulking or cutting.

    Here are my before and after results :

    Before :

    1 RM Bench Press - 112kg (246.4lbs)
    1 RM Shoulder Press - 75.5kg (166.1lbs)
    1 RM Leg Press - 360kgs (792lbs)

    Body measurements and weight :

    Chest - 43.5"
    Biceps - 14.75"
    Thigh - 24"
    Waist - 31"
    BF% - 19%
    Weight - 165lbs and actually dropped the next day to 164lbs.

    After :

    1 RM Bench Press - 125kg (275lbs) up by 13kg (28.6lbs)
    1 RM Shoulder Press - 86.5 (190.3lbs) up by 11kg (24.2lbs)
    Couldn't do my Leg Press 1 RM as my knee hasn't been up to it throughout the month.

    Body measurements and weight :

    Chest - 44" up by 0.5"
    Biceps - 15" up by 0.25"
    Thighs - 24 & 1/8" up by 1/8"
    Waist - 32" up by 1"
    BF% - 18.2% down from 19%
    Weight - 167lbs up by 3lbs

    So as you can see improvements all round.
    Very good Supplement as an addition for all round developement.
