17:00 - Porridge, 1 Pint of milk, 1 Multi, 1 Milk thistle
17:45 - Travel to work
20:30 - 2 Ham & Cheese Sandwiches on Large Wholemeal bread*****, Yoghurt, Banana,
23:30 - 3 IGF-2
00:45 - Chicken breast, Veg pack, Rice Pudding
04:15 - Protein Shake, Nutrition Bar, Apple
07:00 - Leave work
Overview :
Woke up with a headache and felt quite tired today even though i felt i had a good sleep today. Took 1 scoop of GM with plenty of water when i woke.
Took supplements as above. Headache started to wear off after about an hour and felt ok then.
My mood is good. Got quite tetchy today, but could be cos i am tired....
Stretching session done as i woke to ease my muscular aches. Muscles really feeling full and hard, especially my arms and stomach feeling tighter (no six pack yet but trying...)
Hopefully back in the gym tomorrow for my Back/Bicep workout.
