hey guys,
I recently (finally) recieved my Green Magnitude powder. Along with that, i ordered:
- Prolab Glutamine
- Universal Flex (joints and ligaments)
- Optimum BCAA 1000 Caps
So far its the 3rd day on all 3.. I am using them as follow:
Training day (Wrestling or Gym/weights)
- 2 BCAA caps before lunch
- 1/2 scoop GM + 5g (around there) Prolab Glut --> before Workout
- 1/2 scoop GM + 5g (around there) Prolab Glut + 2 BCAA Caps --> after Workout
None training days (only 1 somtimes 2 days a week)
- 1/2 scoop GM + 5g (around there) Prolab Glut --> Before Breakfast
- 2 BCAA caps before lunch
- 1/2 scoop GM + 5g (around there) Prolab Glut + 2 BCAA Caps --> 3 to 4 hours before bed.
Today I hit the gym and I actully couldnt believe I was able to do more than what I usually do. For workouts I usually do alot of sets.. for example in one of my exercises:
- Chinups (Front Grip)
- Squats
- Dips
- Pushups
All those are done one after the other none stop for 10 times each. 6 sets with 1 minute rest in between. Usually thats my 2nd "Universal" exercise.. so by the time I get to the 2nd one (above), my arms are pretty cooked.
Today i was actully able to 10 on ALL of the 6 sets of the above exercise. I was really amazed. I just felt that I was able to push, push and push more.
