    I was wondering if PW and GG should be taken on off days. I know that should take GB, and then WB before bed time.

    Both are optional on off days. If you do cardio on your off days, I would definately recommend a scoop of WRAATH pre-cardio... at least give it a try, it's awesome.

      GG is totally optional, but if you do cardio on an off day definetly take the PW, I would even go as far to say to keep up your EAA/BAA's on a totally off day take PW around the time you would normally workout

      PS they say drinking PW pre cardio is icing on the cake, for a real kicker I HIGHLY recommend adding YE with your PW pre cardio, thats like Having your cake and eating it too!

        Don't "atleast try it". That is something that YOU HAVE TO DO. It makes cardio such a breeze. 20-30 minutes goes by like nothing. It's butter IMO.
