    I have just started using blackhole two days ago.
    I started with 1 in the morning to see how it effects me...Didnt seem to really see alot of effect.

    Next day i used the 3 dosage as written on the bottle...
    I noticed some change during the first meal...then little bit few hours after.

    My question is, Can I use 3 more in the same day...for each meal or the 3 in the first meal maximum dosage??

    I have trouble eating almost all my meals properly lol...but i get down 2300-2500cal down in a day...

    I want to increase that to 4000-4500...

      dont use more than 3 per day. also, no supplement will double your caloric intake, that is expecting too much I am afraid.

        you should slowly increase your caloric intake anyway.. just straight doubling it out of the blue one day could be really bad on your gastro-intestinal tract, not too mention other organ systems... and you'll bloat up alot ..

          If you want to add calories to your diet, you can add peanut butter shakes. There is a section on bodybuilding.com with the subject "clean bulks". That's be one way, or just do a dirty bulk and eat McD's all day. You'd hit that caloric number easy. However, like was mentioned, do it slowly as to not upset your body and it's workings.

                    Oats are fantastic as is PB, you can also look into sweet potatoes/ yams, brown rice, and other sources that are healty carbs that give you calories.
