    Interesting -- I see this mentioned a lot, but never really took the time to research it. Have you used this routine and if so, how would you say your results compared to other routines?

      I have been using max-ot for the past 6 months. I started it after taking a month off bc I had alot of things going on. I have to say I have had the best workouts since switching to it. When I started it my arms went up 3/4" in the first month and a half. My strength went up like crazy too. I am currently using a max-ot 3 day split off of their site for my cut. I highly recommend it max-ot.
