  • The importance of bloodwork / hormone levels in bodybuilding

    Lean
    Strong
    Huge
    Quick / Athletic
    Symmetry

Some of us want ALL of the above, which puts us at war with our own bodies on a daily basis. One of the most inexpensive weapons you can add to the arsenal is knowledge. Find out if you have a mild hormonal imbalance and then work through diet, training, and supplementation to improve (optimize) your hormone levels.

Damn, I've always wanted to do this so I know what's going on. My mom (who's a nurse) just kind of told me it was a waste of time but I'm really surprised. I love her but I think she was just being a bitch that day...

Would stuff like this be covered by medical? Hmm, I think I will try to make an appointment one of these days. This really interests me, pu. Thanks for posting that link! It's exactly what I've been looking for.

Not sure about canadian medical, but in the USA it's covered as long as you have a good reason to give your doc.
