  • GM,WB and Blue up

    i just picked these up the other day after reading 100s of reviews on bodybuilding.com. I am a little confused on when to take each one if someone could help that would be cool.

    Training days:

    White BLOOD: Around 30-60 preworkout / before bed
    Green BULGE: Around 30-60 minutes preworkout / pre-cardio
    Blue Up (Original): First thing in the morning
    Blue Up (Stim Free): Before bed

    Non-Training days:

    White BLOOD: Before bed
    Green BULGE: Around the same time that you usually hit the gym / Pre-cardio
    Blue Up (Original): First thing in the morning / Pre-cardio
    Blue Up (Stim Free): Before bed

        BU before bed?? Hmm...was taking it per the bottle about 30-45 minutes pre-workout with good results. Thought the WB and the BU on the list were backwards according to everything I've heard but you da boss.

          It will work either way, I like the recovery benefits pre-bed (and the libido effects are cool too)
