  • Good stack to add mass/buk?

    hey everyone,
    Well I read a lot about controlled labs and the reviews are good in general, so Im going to try some of their products and I was wondering if this stack will do well with a high protein diet.

    Green Bulge
    White Blood
    Purple Wrath
    GlycerGrow

    That isnt a good stack for mass and bulk. Its a kick-ass stack for mass and bulk.

    You will LOVE it!

    Heres what I and surely everyone else would do:

    GB: pre workout
    WB: pre bed
    PW: before/during workout
    GG: pre workout

    you should be set! dont forget your water and protein!!

      Awesome stack, just be sure to drink plenty of water. Give the GlycerGROW about 2 weeks to fully "kick in". As with most supplements, the harder you are pushing yourself (lifting with intensity) the more the supplements will "help"

        Yeah, I understand that supplements take their time to kick in. Now babolat you say take WB before bed, I read in many places that it should be taken with GB. I know that if you take WB before bed it should aid in GH production..? is that so?

          If you take the GlycerGROW and GB pre workout, the pumps will already be phenomenal and adding white blood would be TOO much. Therefor, when we utilize it before bed it decreases recovery time and also, as you mentioned helps GH levels/production.

          Remember, you don't grow in the gym, you grow when you sleep.

            Well a pump is a nice thing, but not my number one concern, my main goal is to increase muscle size, I don't care much about the pump, sure its a nice thing to have, but im wondeing at what time would it be best to take these supplements for muscle growth not much pump.

              You grow ONLY in Levels 3 and 4 sleep (REM, deep sleep)

              Get atleast 7 hours per night, preferably 8 or 9.
