How long were you taking the mono? I believe the avg is 1/2 the time you were on to equal the time. So 8 weeks on, atleast 4-8 weeks off before resuming.

No need to cycle your creatine, just jump right into the Greem MAG.

Agreed. Also by doing this, you will realize the world of difference there is from Creatine Monohydrate -> Green MAG. You will see gains (in strength, energy and endurance) that will really blow your mind.

thanks guys, yea i decided to continue with green mag.

btw, do u think i should mix it around, since the creatine could possibly sink to the bottom?

Ive never had that problem, but i put it in a cup and turn the sink on full blast. it mixes nicely and its not like mono where there is grit at the bottom.

i meant the tub, since shipping beats teh crap out of it, do u think that the creatine could possible sink to the bottom of the tub?

you don't think periodically cycling on and off provies crucial benefits in terms of how your body reacts to consumption? not too mention saving some money?

I personally like to take 2 back-to-back weeks off once every 3 months..

I have done both and read on both and have not seen any improved performace by cycling off. Now If I am on vacation I do not take most of my supps as timing, diet, hydration, etc are all screwed up and it would not be the best enviroment for taking them.

However if you feel the need then go ahead or if you have benefited then go for it, I was just stating that there is no real need.

I agree.. I never really intentionally "cycle off"

You could do nox pre, and gmag post, I suppose that would be ok.

NO has creatine in it as well. Personally I would not get NO (didn't work well for me) but instead get PW. They are roughly, within about 10 bucks of each other I think, and PW is far better as a pre-workout supp. However, if you do have it, I'd go NO pre- with perhaps a 1/2 scoop gmag and the other 1/2 post-workout as to not overload anything.
