Wow that's alot of supplements bro!

The only thing that jumped out at me right away is putting WB+GG pre workout. The pumps might be a little too restrictive as far as range of motion goes. If so, you can take the WB at night for a deep relaxing sleep and enhanced recovery.

I would also cut your fish oil down to about 4-5 caps a day. (I counted 8 for you).

Why no protein shake post workout? That's usually the best time to take in protein.

Yeah like Renegade noticed, you got a super solid stack, would hate to see what your supplement budget runs ya a month, but the only thing i too saw was the GG and WB pre workout. your best bet is to stick with the GG pre, try doing a dosage like this 2 scoops pre workout, 1 more scoop once your at the gym and ready to hit the floor and one post workout. Take the WB at night your have s ome great sleep and vivid dreams!!

I do realize I don't have a post workout shake. I'm drinking a whey protein mix right after workout. Then I am eating a meal 30-45 minutes after my workout.

As for the supplement cost, let's just say scholarships are nice especially when you know where to cut corners.

          Looks pretty solid...

          1) I would increase the dosage gradually on both the SesaGLOW and the GlycerGROW.

          2) VERY important that you stay hydrated

          3) How much time between wakeup and the gym ?

About 1 hour from wake up.

I've been using Sciviation Sesamin for my current 40/40/20 diet. Not sure how much difference Sesaglow and Sesamin are, but I've gradually ease my way up for Sesamin.

As of currently, I drink around 2-3 gallons of water a day. Anybody have any recommendations on water bottles? Currently using a Nalgene 1L, I find it's not enough. Look odd to carry one of those 5 gallon water bottles, funny yet odd.

I asked my physician for some blood test, he recommended I didn't need a hormone test. However, he recommended I get a thyroid test. Any feedback on pro-testerone supplements?

for waterbottles, Id say get some "smart water" by glaceau. it tastes awesome and isnt very expensive, about $1.50 for 1.5L. But, if you are shopping at costco, go for the fat bottles, they work great, just throw some in your car and backpack everyday. youll be golden.

              good luck!

1 gal old milk jug ftw! Also, BU is looking like a GREAT test booster. There are others, but I'm using this now and you can tell it works. ActivaTe by Designer Supplements is another good one.

Been on the CKD diet for 2 days and started supplementation today. Weird, I guess either my body was so deprived of fat from such a long cut (250 down to 170) that when I went on the CKD for 2 days, 4lbs of weight (no idea if fat, muscle or water) are gone. Funny, when I received my blood test from my doctor, my triglyceries were low (<20mg/dl) and my cholesterol was low 109 mg/dl.

So far, I'm not feeling tired. In fact, I wish I could train more but I've overtrained before.

I will make a weekly blog and take pictues everyday (hoping).

I already have a daily caloric count.

                  - Synthetic54

Edit: Wow, the pre-workout stack is intense. Did a low-intensity cardio for 40 minutes after a 1 hour of leg workout (deadlift, squats, etc) and not even tired. So far, so good.

i hear ya.. i see guys drinking out of gallon jugs on campus all th etime... usually they look like tools that prolly read it out of some magazine or heard it from a friend whos bigger than them.. so they do it... no offense to those who do it, i just cant see myself carrying around a 1 gallon jug on campus. when im older and have a more set day maybe I'm sure i'll do it.. would be clutch if you have an office job.. so you dont gotta get up and refill as often!

I used to have a nalgene bottle..prolly 1L.. i woul djust fill it before every class... sometimes i left class for a 5minute stroll down the hall to refill it at the foutain.. good times.. never know what kind of hot women you'll see in the halls when you should be in class..

i lost that bottle though; sad sad day. used a deer park bottle the rest of the semester. when i remembered, i would get a large cup from campus dining and fill it with water and use deer park for backup

I was wondering if anybody have any comments with taking WB (original) pre-workout versus pre-bed.

I think there's only one version of WB (referring to the original after)

WB is an excellent pre-workout enhancer. You'll see an decrease in recovery time, an increase in pumps and stamina, and strength. I beleive it was intended to be a preworkout supplement to begin with, and after user feedback it was discovered to have excellent pre-bed potential as well. WB+GB preworkout is a powerful stack indeed.

My mistake on the original part. Both BU and WB look the same, capsule wise. BU is just a bit darker.

                            Thanks for the feedback.

                            Update:
Carb Loaded and weight went back up.

I would take white blood before bed. you get about the same vasodilation (i did), and you get the same if not better gains.

you only miss out on the pump, which if you lift hard enough you get a pump anyways.
