  • Supps question

    Hey all, I have a general question.

    Should I be taking supps? The reason I ask is because I'm almost 22. I do think OT and Oximega are important for anyone and I do take those, but I'm talking about the other ones. I've taken GM, WF, PW, Blue up gene and growth (with protein supps added), but I feel like the blue ones haven't really done anything for me. I do do a tough training regimen, 4 weeks of ~10 hours training (lifting, plyo, cardio circuits) a week with 1-2 week recovery, which is why I got supps in the first place, because even though I'm young, I figured supps would give me that extra push to get through the workouts. I'm curious about your thoughts.

    You're still young so you don't need the extra testosterone boost from those Blue products as your test is probably high anyway. OT/OM are great for overall health and wellness. GM,PW and WF should be great for your training. If you feel you don't need the extra energy from WF then maybe hold off on it when you feel less energetic.
