    Off day yesterday, carb loading went well although I had a hard time finishing some meals, I will probably cut out the veggies in future carb ups as they add too much bulk.

    Great workout today, as expected after a carb up. I'm also battling with a cold which was not cool as it affected my ability to breathe properly, especially on the run.

    Nice workout yesterday felt good through the weights, but did tire out by the time I got to the bag. I'll be changing around my cardio in the coming weeks as I'll be doing extra exercise in school.

    Off day today, carbing up has gone well so far hopefully eating all the carbs will be a bit easier this week. Had not noted it before but I am also using CinnulinPF during the carb up.

    First class day is on Monday so I'll have to see how that affects my workouts.

    Thanks PU, planning to get a few more in the next few weeks

    Been taking it relatively easy this week, did all workouts with moderate weight to give my joints a little break. I'll be starting full body varying rep range workouts again. I'll be doing comfortable 3rm's on Monday's and Thursday's and will be seeing see how much I can improve my strength in the coming weeks. Tuesday/Friday will be heavy at 8 reps, and Wednesday/Saturday will be light/moderate at 16 reps. Cardio will be heavy bag on Tue/Thu and running 3 times a week usually MWF until I have to start running for school in which case I'll change up my schedule.

    Also spent about 1 hour walking around on crutches for lab . These crutches will be my constant companions for at least 1 week starting today, if we get busted without them anywhere other than work we get to keep them an additional week for each time we get busted.

    Workout went excellent today, my forearms are still feeling a pretty nice pump as I'm typing . All lifts went as planned, cardio was a bit harder than normal as the weights took quite a bit out of me. On a different note it appears that Avocado's are back in season so they will probably be on my menu a bit more often again , had been having a hard time finding decent ones the last few months.

    Well I am sore as all hell all over, made ambulating around on crutches a real pain. Light recovery workout today went well, run afterwards was a little hard due to some shin pain, but still got through it. Tomorrow should be interesting.

    So far I'm liking it, my strength is up from my previous PR's when I was around 235, now I'm around 215. I have a bit more acne than usual but at least its not on my face.

    Nice workout today lifts went really well cardio afterwards felt harder than it should have again, not really sure what's the deal there, only thing I can figure is all the extra activity I'm doing at school is starting to affect me.
