Had a bad day at the gym, did not make any of my goals for the day but I still shot some vids for you all. the last set of Hammer Presses was a drop set so it was right after the attempt at 225.

Sh!t, I'd wear a CL T all damn day if they'd be gracious enough to spare me one (XL please, red, k thx). Also, I was so inspired by D with the rear shrugs, I added those to my back days and DAMN if it doesn't feel great, but also makes your traps tighten up! Funny thing is, I had guys about D's size saying wtf is that. I told them and they were like that's some serious sh!t there. They were using barbells in a front upright row. I'll stick to this way, I like it better tbh.

I do rear shrugs and then either DBs to the side or a bar, the rear shrugs really isolate the traps.

Here are a few of my favorite exercises for triceps.

                          The Floor Press:

                          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYoKOGVwq98

The key here is to have the pause at the bottom of the movement and then explode to lockout. Most people will bounce off the bottom and use the built up energy form the movement. If done properly this movement is by far better then CG bench IMHO.

                          Elbows Out DB Extension:
                          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-i3inShr4xA
                          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17kTDfn6QLE

Wish my gym had different DBs as with doing elbows out DB extensions I cannot get the DBs to touch all the way unless I use like 60Lb DBs which are too light. I still get an excellent workout from the heavier but dumbbells. That is one disadvantage to having short arms.

Belive me it doesn't take long to get to that weight. I started out at 45 for them and once you get down the movement you gain strength pretty fast. It really works the lower part og the tricep which never really get hit.
