Green Mag & The White Scoop

I read somewhere that if you get the white scoop (vs. the newer blue scoop) with Green Mag that it should only be filled 3/4 full for a serving size. Is this correct??? Thanks.

Thanks guys. Not that the little extra would've hurt, but I'm a new user, and I'm trying to establish what dose will work best for me. Knowing the proper measurement will help my "research".

not that it's really going to hurt anything...but it's 2/3 of a scoop and not 3/4.
