So far I'm loving WB2, although it does make my stomach a bit sensitive. I scaled back the WF to one scoop, 3 caps of WB2 and Blue UP ( Stim free) pre workout. I seem to be tolerating it better. The pumps are insane.
WB2 requires carbs before it. That'll take care of the stomach issues.
I'm trying to find the right and the right amount of carbs. I've tried one banana, one yogurt and while better still got queasy mid workout. Are there any suggestions of what to eat beforehand? I'm also wondering if switching to a waxymaze intra workout would help.

I never had any issues with White Blood 1. However I find that I can only take 1 cap of White Blood 2 before my workouts, more than that and I feel pretty nauseous. 1 cap definitely does the trick, but I'd like increase the dose eventually for a more sustained pump. I usually prefer to work out on an empty stomach, but food with White Blood 2 definitely helps.
