  • 2012 workout log with controlledlabs supps

    This is a log of controlledlabs supplements I'm taking. Currently this is what supplements I'm taking.

    CLAmore
    Orange Oximega fishoils
    GlycerGrow
    Green MAGnitude
    Orange TRIad
    Vitamin D-3 5000iu
    White Flood

    Soon I'll cycle off of White Flood. I'm going to buy White Blood When it comes out. Before than I'm going to get Purple Wraath here soon hopefully.

    Heres my routine
    Chest/Bis
    Legs
    Shoulders, Tris
    Back

    Abs 2 x 3 Weekly

    Cardio 4 x 5 weekly

          I forgot to include Isoflex protein. This is how it went this morning

          7:15 Banana with 1 scoop isoflex
          Including
          1 CLAmore
          1 Oxi Fishoil
          2 OT

          7:45 1 scoop GreenMAG

          Gym
          Chest & Biceps
          Incline press 16/BW 8/115 6/135 8/15
          Incline Flies 12/20's 2 sets 10/30's
          Iso wide chest press 10/90 8/140 8/180
          Flat bench flies 12/20's 2 sets of 12/30's

          Db curls 3 sets of 10/30's
          Close grip BB curls 2 sets of 10/70. 1 set 8/80
          Cable Ez grip curl 3 sets of 12/70

          Cardio
          5 minutes of bike cardio level or whatever it's called just what it said on the bike. Lol

          After workout I had about a handful of almonds. I got a tub of Golden Feast but I love the stuff so much I want to save it for mid Feb.

          I also do a 3 mile walk home from the gym. Reason I didn't use White Flood is because I want start right now on not taking it. Will post meals today later.

            I like the Chest and Biceps split! I have lifted those muscles on the same day in the past and really liked it. Diet and supplementation looks good as well! Nicely done!

              Thanks that mean alot to me coming from you who has higher level of knowledge and competes. If you have any suggestions on diet or supplementation or exercises let me know.

              And about the split. It's my first time trying it. For the last 3 years I've been following a push/pull routine like chest & triceps and back & biceps. So I figured I'd try this cause I want to get more lean. So we'll see where this takes me.

              7:20 breakfast
              1/2 scoop oats
              1 scoop isoflex
              1/4 cup blue berries
              Some almonds
              1/2 cup egg whites


              1 CLAmore
              1 Fishoil
              2 OT
              1 Vitamin d-3 5000iu (even though I live in las vegas and it has its share of sunny days I still like to take it)

              The reason my breakfast is bigger than yesterday is I dont have a ride to the gym so it a 3 mile walk there. Will post more in a little.

                Its crossing my mind right now but I think I might put some apple sauce in a contain er with 3 scoops of GlycerGrow and half way the gym eat it.

                  I cant tell me specific leg workout today. I forgot my log notebook. But I did 4 minutes of Concept II rowing & 5 minute of bike interval, just changing the level as I was riding the bike high to low.

                  10:30am Post workout I had 2 scoops Golden Feast

                  Then at 12:30 I had 2 cans of light tuna 5oz cans with 2 and a half Wasa Multi Grain crispbreads. Afterwards I had a mango.

                    The tuna meal I also took 2 OT and 1 CLAmore.
                    I had an apple and handful of almonds at 3:00pm

                    6:30 12oz of chicken with green beans.
                    2 OT
                    3mg of melatonin
                    1CLAmore

                    Total fluid intake 1 1/2 gallons of water and 8 onces of gatorade. If not for gatorade I'd be drinking nothing but water. Which I usually do about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a day.

                        DB shoulder press 1 set 12/30's. 2 sets of 8/35's. I wanted to use 40's but all the DB where gone
                        side lateral raise 3/8/15's
                        front later raise 1 set 8/15's. 2 sets of 8/20's
                        Reverse flies machine 3/10/30
                        Tricep press down vbar 3/10/100
                        Rope press down 3/10/70
                        Dip machine 3/10/190

                        Post workout
                        2 scoops of Golden Gains with 10oz of 1% milk

                        12:00 mango

                        1:30
                        2 medium slices of pizza
                        2 OT
                        1 Oximega Fishoil
                        1 CLAmore

                        4:00pm I'm going to eat 6oz of boneless chicken breast with green beans.

                        6:30 - 7:00
                        2 fillets of Salmon
                        2 cups of raw spinach
                        With 2OT, 1CLAmore, 1000mg arginine NOw

                          Serratus pulldown rope (I seen this in the Arnold Encyclopedia a year ago I forgot the name but the starting position is similar to that of a cable crunch) 3/12/80

                          Lower back and abs in order
                          Romanian Barbell lift 1/12/40, 2/10/50
                          Cable crunch 2/15/60
                          Inclined torso raises (again I have to look up the proper name) 2/15/bodyweight
                          Cable side bends 3/10reps eachs side/120

                          Bike

                              Off day today. I was supposed to train today with a buddy of mine he looks like Taylor Lautner. but he decided to go tomorrow. I don't get a spot often on Chest days so I don't now if tomorrow I'll do that.
                              Breakfast was
                              2 Slice of Rye with crunchy peanut butter with 1 Scoop Isoflex with 8oz of water

                              Lunch 12:30 Chef Boyardee Raviolis Extra stuffed with hotsauce

                              3:30 6oz chicken breast trimmed

                              5:30 2 Hard boiled eggs chopped with two cans of Tune light and 3 Wasa Multi Grain crispbreads

                              And now about to go see a movie at 7:00pm. Man On A Ledge. I'll probably just have a box of Sour patch kids.

                              Before bed 1 cup of Greek Yogurt Non-fat with half scoop of Golden Feast.

                              Snack 6oz Chicken breast Trimmed
