Week 5 of 3DMJ.. back on the heavy weights.. Today was just what I needed.. a good ol fashioned ass whoopin! 5 3 1 on the OHP, followed by chest and triceps.. With some frustration built up from the day, I channelled it the best way I know how.. I was very close to just calling it a day and trying again tomorrow, thankfully I have a wonderful lady that helped me get my mind in the right place... My shoulders and chest are fried!
