  • Stack Q? GB/GM both?

Just finishing my first bottle of GB. It worked great for me. I just got a tub of Green Magnitude and am curious as to if I need order more GB and use both creatines, or should I use just GM. The taste is off the charts amazing!!! My current weight is 208. My current stack is GB&GM preworkout, PW, GG, RA2 all preworkout as well. YN as needed! I am currently running a YN testing log. It is awesome stuff!!! Thanks for any advice.

GM is all you need. It's a great priced creatine with many servings, so you could even use it twice per day and still get a great deal out of it.

One serving is enough - 5g of creatine pre or post workout. If you want to take more you can, but any more is a waste IMO.

    By the way, great stack

Thanks Renegade! I always took GB on an empty stomach. Is this the way to go with GM as well? I usually do PW and GG shortly after a light snack, protein shake, etc. and they seem to work GREAT!

It's "suggested" that it be on an empty stomach, but I've had more success with something very light, yogurt, piece of fruit, etc and then doing the supps pre-workout and my endurance was MUCH better. To each is his own though.
