    I know I don't have insight to where you are in your current training cycle/annual plan, but if you get a little stricter - tighter - on those bent over rows it will have a greater transfer to the initiation of your pull off the floor while dead lifting. I'd also recommend deficit pulls if you aren't. OUtside of that your pull looks strong, you have come a long way since you began your journey with controlled labs way back when.
