    Default Thoughts on inverted rows?

What are your thoughts on Inverted rows? Have you done them? I seen Kane doing them on Train Insane With Kane. I wanna see what his thoughts are about them and everyone elses beforehand.
Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.

they are okay but the problem is they are hard to overload. I primarily use them in complexes as a sort of toughness finisher with athletes I train or for those too weak to hold the bent over row position or perform chins.

the bent over row is far superior assuming you have the isometric strength to hold the position while pulling heavy weight ..i would guess most peoples rows in a big box gym look like shit, if they even have the guts to do them

Inverted Rows are also known as horizontal Pull-ups. They are an upper-body exercise. They work your upper-back, traps & lats. They are also helpful for your biceps muscles.
