I'm just getting started with heavy lifting so I need a little bit of help regarding my stack due to the time I end up working out (which 9:30/10PM).
I'm 26 years old. 162lbs 5'11".
is WF going to keep me up all night if I were to start taking it? Would I benefit more from PW/PP my goal being to gain mass? Which hormonal optimizers would be best for me?
I'm currently taking OT/OO which I love as well as consuming as much protein as I can possibly put inside of my body.
