i graduated in may... i'm just living with my girlfriend for free all summer til i move to philly for grad school..

profs make = not that much.


"plus weekends off" is a benefit? that's considered NORMAL!

summer's off? good luck having summers off.. most likely you'll be researching to get something published or trying to get grants.

when you are old? omg... When I'm old I have my IRA... I want to work 0 days a week.. Plus, that's when I AM OLD!!!!!!!!!



Don't get me wrong, being a prof is a great career and it's a highly reputable one.. Just not my cup of tea I guess.

my one prof thats upper 50's... she comes to campus two days a week and makes 105 grand yearly

& my grad focus is in sport/exercise psychology so research will be fun

when im old i want to work and exercise regularly --- if you don't do jack your body and mind becomes "lazy" (alzheimers + health problems) and thats no fun. I don't know what an IRA is, and I'm sure when I'm old the american dictaitorship I mean govt. will have no free money for senior citizens

I guess your right on the weekends off thing though.. i'm just used to beat jobs with beat hours.
