    HI, im considering taking wf and gg pw but i have two doubts about gg, 1) can it be taken post wo with my creatine? it should help with creatine's absorption. and 2) every day? or it will be too much?. PW would be 1/2 scoops wf and 3/4 gg. Thanks!

    Take GG 1 scoop before, 1 scoop during, 1 scoop after for best results IMO.

    But for SIMPLICITY, take GG pre workout. (1-3 scoops)

    Take GG only when working out.

      The point of GlycerGrow is to provide greater pumps and hydration during your workout to really stretch your muscle facia out.

        just take glycegrow preworkout and the creatine either pre or post. no need to take it on off days
