What exactly are "mixed fatty acids"?
Oximega Fish has (in 1 softgel):
400mg EPA
200mg DHA
400mg "Mixed fatty acids"
I assume these are non-omega-3s? But are they healthy or just sort of filler stuff (as in, neither particularly good nor bad substances that occur naturally) in the oil? I know most (all?) fish oil products have these "mixed acids" in them and I'm no chemist, so I thought I'd ask here and try to get a handle on it.
Thanks.
