Basically they are both the same but because one is a shot and one is a pill some of the ingredients had to be changed. Otherwise that would be one nasty tasting shot.

absolutely, the shots are great for a short intense energy, but both have longer term fat loss benefits.

I have used both shots and pill form. Like mentioned above, the shots come on quicker. I guess the main thing is user preference. Would you rather swallow a couple of pills or mix up a a few sips of drink. Either way, you'll benefit.
