So saturday night I took 3 pills of N, it wasn't workout related but I was in an absolutely horrible mood. I was really psyched as we were planning on going out and everything fell through there. So instead I ended up just falling asleep at like 10 and woke up a few times during the night...most notably at 3 in the morning when the fire alarm went off in the building....It was very cold outside too. Oh and to top it off I was having girl problems with 2 separate girls...Regardless, sunday I woke up and was really giddy all day. I guess sitting in solitude on a saturday night just makes me gloomy.

Sunday was off and today was back to the chest/shoulders/tris....

It was extremely crowded in the gym today (still the new years crowd, it'll dissipate by the end of the week) I usually like to do 1 more shoulder and tricep exercise but everything was taken and I didn't feel like waiting around anymore. But in any case.....

    2 pills of N pre-workout today.

    Flat Bench: warmup: 135 x 10, 185 x 5

    225 x 6
    2 @ 240 x 5
255 x 1 (this was a failure test, I had to get at least 2 reps to stay in my progression row...didn't make it - not too bummed about it considering I'm trying to cut weight while still seeing strength gains)

    Incline: 155 x 6
    185 x 4
    185 x 3

    Flies: 3 @ 60 x 8

    W-dips: 45 x 10
    90 x 6
    90 x 4

    Upright Rows: 3 @ 110 x 8

    Tri-pushdowns: 2 @ 9 x 10
    9 x 5

    DB front shoulder raises: 3 @ 22.5 x 10

Bleh haven't taken any N in the past 2 workouts, but tuesday my pen died on me and today I just plain forgot my logbook....I'm slacking I know. Everything went well though, nothing spectacular. Squats were fun today, been a while since I've actually done those.

I've been without my ipod all week. Wireless headphones broke after 2 weeks and I'm waiting for Logitech to send me a new pair...if that ever happens. The positive part of this is without my i-pod I've noticed I've been surprisingly doing well in the gym with staying on task and not p'oed.

                Arms/Back

                No N before workout.

                Standing BB curls: 65 x 10
                85 x 10
                105 x 4

                Preachers: 3 @ 105 x 5

                Hammers: 3 @ 50 x 10

                W-grip pulledowns: 11 x 10
                13 x 7
                14 x 3

                Close-grips: 12 x 10
                16 x 5
                18 x 3

                Rows: 3 @ 17 x 5

                D-lifts: 125 x 10
                215 x 10
                265 x 5

No N as stated but wow, d-lifts felt great. So many times when I do them, or even s-shrugs its never the weight that gets me but the stress on the calluses on my hands. By no means am I opposed to man-hands but it feels great to bust that out. I still should get some straps....

                  2 pills today pre Workout

1 month from today will basically be my last workout before departing for spring break, so its time to either get really serious or not worry about it too much.

Always lifting solo on mondays, its not so bad, but I much prefer having a partner.

                  Flat bench: warmup: 135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 5
                  2 @ 240 x 4
                  255 x 3
                  275 x 1
                  Inclines:
                  155 x 5
                  175 x 6
                  185 x 4

                  Shrugs: 225 x 10
                  255 x 10
                  275 x 5
                  295 x 4

                  W-dips: 45 x 10
                  90 x 6
                  115 x 2

                  Tri-pdown: 10 x 10
                  11 x 10
                  12 x 8

                  Flies: 3 @ 55 x 10

                  Tri-DB extension: 3 @ 10 x 30

                  Front DB shoulder raise: 3 @ 25 x 8

Did some mil-press too, didn't record that..was nothing special

All in all a good lift - feeling great, skipping a class right now b/c the prof posts all the notes online and I can read the book and should be fine.

                    225 x 8
                    275 x 3

                    Preachers: 65 x 10
                    85 x 10

                    C-grips 14 x 8
                    16 x 6
                    18 x 3

                    Rows: 3 @ 17 x 5

Burn out on arm curl machine, started with 8 x 10 and moved down 7, 6, all the way to 1. Ouch.... Great lift though, starting to show signs of another cold coming in...I only got 3 hours of sleep the one night this past weekend, that will usually rock my immune system. Started taking meds now to hopefully shorten the illness or bypass it.

Friday My pen died on me, couldn't write - I should invest in pens that aren't complete POS. And yesterday (monday) I just plain forgot a pen. Things went well though. Was doing w-dips while a real cute blonde girl was working in abs so I felt motivated to strap on 135 and go at that. All in all things are going well - except the -20 degree wind chill. Definitely excited for spring break...

Thanks! I feel dead all over.

I apologize for not posting an update in awhile - my monitor has DIED on me so I'm writing this post from a comp lab...when I get my new one on the 24th I'll get things up to date. Until then - I'm going to recover from the death that was 24 shots last night.

Final Review: I have returned from Cancun...and all of my pieces are still together and pending blood results I think I'm still clean. For the record 7 straight days of 12+ hours of drinking, clubbing and eating buffets with comfort foods has made my body HATE me.

I finished my bottle of Yellow Neuphoria the day before take-off. The last few lifts leading up to vacation were essentially the same numerically as the previous few. Nothing special - wasn't eating many carbs and had a lot of tests, was just trying to make it to break...and wow what a time that was.

But I'll save those stories for another time..Whats important here is Yellow Neuphoria - did it work for me? What did I experience? Was I pleased? How did I dose? Will it work for you? What should you expect? Will you be bouncing off the walls like a hormone-enraged teenager who just got called cute?

Most importantly anyone considering taking YN must know first and foremost that this is not a miracle pill. If you have serious issues with depression/anxiety/stress this is not your cure. With that in mind, while taking this product it is very unconventional in comparison with any other supplement I've ever used as the results are based purely on one's own perception as opposed to being able to toss up a picture of how my bicep grew half an inch or some such.

I began usage of N right around the time of my fall semester finals. It was perfect timing really. I'm not the most focused student and I typically become very easily distracted no matter where I'm studying at. Girls walking by, people eating, my cell-phone/i-pod,computers...Everything just grabs priority attention over Chapter 14 of Human Factors Engineering, or any other generic boring class. But I didn't really have much of a choice, studying had to be done. And I can honestly say I got a lot done and if you look back to the beginning of this log you'll notice I felt a much easier time getting started into the work and staying with it. In fact I believe I put in over 30 some hours of library time that weekend. For some of my pharmacy friends that number doesn't seem like a big deal but for a guy like me thats a huge amount of time spent studying. And it really paid off. Can I attribute that focus in the library completely to N - well no, it was Finals, I had no other choice really. But with use of N I can say that I had a much easier time. It did what it was supposed to do...supplemented.

How about the stimulant effects of YN?

This is something I played with extensively - changing up doses 1-5 caps before workouts, from 30 minutes prior to just before. In the end I found for me personally 2 caps pre-workout was ideal for me. I found with 3 caps I felt more of the thermogenic effect and I began to sweat more in the gym...Oddly enough this isn't something I fancy so I stayed with 2 caps. The energy that you will get from this is very subtle at best - in fact you may not notice it at all - but stick with it and then work out without it..you might see the difference then. Thats pretty normal with stims though, don't know what you've got til its gone. As a bonus the stim in N does not come from caffeine - don't expect any jitters here. On that note there are better pre-workout stimulants out there and if thats all you're going for, N may not be for you. Maybe instead you should look at CL's new White Flood. But it does provide some stim effect and its worth noting.

Euphoria - heres the big one I suppose.

From reading other logs some people get this, others don't. Perhaps its dosing - timing, diet. I've been fortunate enough to experience it, but not with every dosing. I like more of the idea of comparing it to Office Space. He is himself, but things really don't seem to bother him so much. In one of my posts I was driving to the gym and took N on an empty stomach and ended up missing my exit. To be honest I had never taken than road further than the exit so I wasn't entirely sure how to double back but it never really bothered me. I laughed it off. I was zoning...just enjoying driving. I'm still young enough and live in a city without a car so being home and enjoying driving was actually possible. Regardless, its an experience that if you take N, you will very likely eventually feel this. Its a good thing.

N has met my expectations. Would I buy it again? If I had the money, sure. As stated its not a miracle pill - and its not the type of supplement thats going to make you huge or anything. Always stick with a multi-vitamin before taking anything else, and proper nutrition will always weigh more than any supplmentation. (damnit I made a pun) But if you got that down and want something else to throw on your platter - Try out Yellow Neuphoria.

As a side note Anyone can feel completely free to message me or post questions and I'll try my best to get back in a timely manner.
