I struggle taking the pills so my question is is it OK to put it in a coffee grinder and grind the pills to powder and then take them with my White Flood/Green Mag mixture with water??

I don't see why not. We have a couple of guys who chew them up rather then swallow the whole pills.laurie@controlledlabs.com
