  • on track and when are typical results seen?

So got my total trainer. Got it at level 6.

    Been working out everyday.

Also been taking orange triad over the last month.

Started taking REDuction when I started working out. Two pills AM and PM.

I take white flood pre workout. Midway during workout I take Purple Psyko then another solution for after workout. Workout is 30-45 min each day. Soreness is going away.

    I don't have a scale.

My questions are. ANything else I should be doing or does it seem I'm on track? How long does REDuction take to notice a difference or should I report back after a month.

Have not seen any adverse effects taking any of these so that's good.

Also I try to throw in some omega 3-6-9 in there too.

No need for Omega 6 or 9. You want to raise your Omega 3 levels in comparison to your omega 6-9 which you get adequate amounts of in your diet.

What are your goals? Do you have your diet in order?

right now my goal is to tone up, get rid of the gut fat. I'm not big but it seems there is fat there I'd like to loose. Hopeing the combination of exercises and REDuction will help.

Is there a break off period where I stop taking REDuction or just continue taking when I run out?

I would run it for 60 days and then take a break (3 weeks off)

I guess it was sillly to ask about a week. I'll try it for the 60 days and see what happends. I've worked out on my TT everyday so far. I know it's unrealistic to expect results but it's only a week. I guess I can't expect miracles haha. I'll get there one day. I got it at level 6 right now. Once this get's easy I'll bump it up.

You should really consider free weight work including bar squat etc

As Renegade said, you should cycle off Reduction. However, I've read, that you only need to cycle the AM formula (Stim). That means you can keep taking the Pm tab/shots for however long you wish. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyways, congratulations on beginning your routine! Like PowerCage said, you should maybe look into a barbell/freeweights/rack.
