White Flood expiration?

I have some white flood that is about 4 1/2 months old and it's not white any longer but brown. It also is clumped together. Smells fine and tastes fine just looks like it might kill me.

question 1) is it safe to use or do I have to worry about some type of spoiling
question 2) is there even a point to using it considering the discoloration may be because of the breakdown of all the useful junk in it

To answer both questions at the same time. It's safe to use. What you can do is actually break up with a spoon or something

Are there still the little packets in tub though that keeps everything fresh? And how long ago did you get the WF?

yes the packets are still there. Thanks my biggest concern is that it would be useless to take if the ingredients broke down. My guess is that it is less "potent" than when I bought it like 4-5 months ago, but as long as I don't have to worry about dying that's fine with me

you should generally keep any supplement that will be open more than a few months in the fridge, it will prolong its life and stop moisture from seeping in and bacteria from growing.

I'm not sure, either. I lots of times see people bumping older threads, with no real contribution to the topic, lol. The "Bumper" usually has a link to some "product" or whatever in their sigs.
