    Default Need help on my carb cycling plan.

    I'm trying to carb cycle around my workout for fat loss.
    Would something like this work?

    Monday High carb
    Tues High carb
    Wed High carb
    Thur Low Carb
    Fri Low Carb
    Sat No Carb

    Monday (Heavy chest/back day)
    Tuesday Heavy Shoulders/Arms
    Wednesday Heavy Legs day
    Thursday Hypertrophy Chest/Shoulders/Triceps day
    Friday Hypertrophy Shoulder/Arms
    Sat Hypertrophy Legs

    As we discussed, my only concern would be the no carb on your leg day. Would you consider your legs a strong bodypart in proportion to the rest?

    That actually was a typo Sunday is my rest day which is the no carb day. And sat is a low carb day. So this is the correct format,sorry about that and thanks for replying Uncle Kane

    Monday High carb = Heavy chest/back day
    Tues High carb = Heavy Shoulders/Arms
    Wed High carb = Heavy Legs day
    Thur Low Carb = Hypertrophy Chest/Shoulders/Triceps day
    Fri Low Carb = Hypertrophy Shoulder/Arms
    Sat Low Carb = Hypertrophy Legs
    Sun No Carb = Rest Day/Cardio maybe

    Its quit good , but first whats your weight and how many hours do you spend in the gym, to determine the level of high/low carbs in grams

    During high carb days does that mean you'll have carbs in all of your meals? and in Low carb days, very low carbs but in all of your meals?
