Which is the best for added recovery and possible recomp, with a limited budget?

My current lifting is solid, cardio is everyday, and diet is also solid for my sport, but lately my recovery has been slow and I was wondering what the most recommended supp would be for added recovery and a possibly recomp, without goin overboard in price?
I'm currently taking creatine, greens product, fish oil, whey and a multi.
