Hi guys, I'm new to this and was wondering if any of you can help me out! I'm currently taking O-T but not taking the recommended dose just 4 pills a day and I'm staking it with methyl 1-d. I recently started experiencing some pain in my chest wright at the bottom of my rib cage left side! I think my liver is right there, do you guys think my liver is trying to tell me something? By the way I don't drink and don't smoke and diet is pretty descent just like to eat my junk on Sundays, thanks!

Maybe you should try taking just one of them for a few days, stop taking them until the pain goes away. Take Orange TRIad for a few days, stop taking Orange TRIad. Take methyl 1-d for a few days. Write down anything that might be abnormal and stop taking whatever might have caused it.. Make sure your drinking enough water throughout the day.

Yes stop taking the "methyl" product, and your liver should feel better!

Methylated prohormones are VERY bad for liver health. I mean they say you shouldn't drink alcohol while using them!!!
