Lipton Green Tea interfere with reduction

side of reduction says that it contains caffine and not to drink liquids that contain caffine such as coffee, tea, and soda. Soda is usually loaded with caffine, but I think lipton green tea has some caffine, would the amounts interfere with reduction?

update: guess I answered my own question: Ingredients:
Green tea, lemon peel, lemon grass, citric acid (provides tartness), natural flavor, soy lecithin. I drink this alot vs. soda so hope its ok. seems to be. BUT also been reading it contains less caffine than what is in caffinated coffee. So it has some, but less than coffee.

Got my white flood and psyko today along with reduction, and orange triad. I'll start as the instructions say and take one tab of orange triad to make sure I can take the stuff at dinner tonight. Can't wait till I get my total trainer and start workin out.

It really all depens on what your drinking and how much, but it shouldn't interfere with REDuction at all. It's such a low amount in Green Tea you won't have to worry

LOL its awesome that I'm not the only person that mixes it with Green Tea, although I prefer Turkey Hill. I mix REDuction (both) and Oximega Greens in it.

It won't interfer with REDuction. We just don't suggest stacking stim products together, such as caffeine from one substance and caffeine in another product.
