  • It's Summer Already?

    I just got my new stack of ControlledLabs products and I'm pretty psyched to start tomorrow. I'm new to the log stuff so I apologize for any mistakes. This is what my routine looks like.

    5:00am Cardio 5days a week/11:30am Weight lifting

    Chest/Tricep
    Back/Bicep/Abs
    Legs
    Delt/Traps/Abs
    Off
    Volume Arms
    Off

    Not really sure what I want to do gain strength, gain size or lose weight.

    Feel free to give me your opinion or comment.
    Well I'll update it tomorrow morning and afternoon. I'll post my diet also.

    I woke up at 6am couldn't wake up at 5am. I drank REDuction Am (Just finishing the tub) 30 mintues later ate some toast and then drank Glycer Glow, 45 minutes of cardio. Felt pretty good.

        Same here, especially PM REDuction. I wasn't sure when I first got it how it was gunna work but I slept great. I'm actually really sad that the bottles are almost gone. Lol I might just get a bottle of PM.

          1/2 cup blue berries
          1/2 cup rasberries
          1 oz. almonds

          1 Scoop Oximega Greens

          I really like Oximega Greens, It reminds me of when I was a kid and my grandpa had a juicer and we'd make something that tastes similar to this.
          It gives me a lil boost of energy its a good feeling, the flavor is awesome and I don't know how anybody could dis the flavor.

          3 Orange TRIad I've took orange TRIad already for a few months, but my review on it, I love this vitamin and probably won't ever switch the Complexs that are in this are GREAT, and I like the fact that its Iron free.

          2 Oximega Fish oils

          2 Scoop GlycerGrow With 2 ounces Light Skim milk

              So far love everything. I think I should've taken 1 thing on different days, to see how I felt but I couldn't just sit there and look at all these great supps and not take them.

                            Havent been feeling good at all the last two days. But I'll give my thoughts on all the new supplements I've got tomorrow. And in a couple of weeks I'll post a WhiteFlood (New Formula) review. And a Blue Gene Review. I'll do those better.

                              Here's my review.

                              GreenBulge review: I thought it was great, size has increase so far. Pills are very
                              convenient. I like the smell of them, it's like a apple fruit role up. Lol!

                              WhiteBlood review: I took it 30 minutes before my workout, didn't give me much of a pump, so I read that people have took it before bed. So that's what I did. I slept pretty good and woke up feeling different.

                              GlycerGrow review: It gave me some pretty awesome vascularity. I took 3 scoops with MuscleMilk. On arm day it was CRAZY!

                              OxiMege Greens review: Taste is a wake up call in the morning. I get this feeling after I drink it that I start out my day with a healthy start.

                              Well that's my review on them. Sorry it was first time posting review and it took me awhile.
