    GOLDEN GAINS: I need your input!

    Hello to all my fellow CL supporters
    I've yet to try out Golden Gains but plan to in the next couple of weeks, as I've heard only excellent feedback about it..

    With this being said, I was hoping those of you that have tried it and/or currently using it can help me out by posting the recipes/meals/shakes you've had with GG?

    Help me out? Reps for everyone that contributes, thanks in advance!

              If you can find that thread there are some great ideas in there... but for something simple...

              1.5 scoops Golden Gains
              .5 scoops of XF CR

              Recently went through some health issues and wasn't able to eat much. This combo saved me! Tastes like heaven in a shaker. lmao
