I've got very bad front delts, it's to the point where I joke around and say I've got 3.5 elbows. It's at 3.5 because I've actually put on size on my left side. The right side is a lost cause, or so I'm starting to think.
Does anyone out there know of any very effective front/side delt exercises that can really awaken damaged fibers?
I really need your help. It's the one issue that sometimes gets in my head saying 'why even lift?'
