    Lightbulb Shoulder Muscles, or lack there of...help!!

    I've got very bad front delts, it's to the point where I joke around and say I've got 3.5 elbows. It's at 3.5 because I've actually put on size on my left side. The right side is a lost cause, or so I'm starting to think.

    Does anyone out there know of any very effective front/side delt exercises that can really awaken damaged fibers?

    I really need your help. It's the one issue that sometimes gets in my head saying 'why even lift?'

    I can scramble up some pics for ya.

    It's semi-related to an old injury, premi at birth

    Also irritated and made the right side worse a few years ago while on crutches, right side was jerked back, etc.. shoulder blade went back and up, still does when flexed sometimes.

    Very frustrating. Left side is growing 85% normal
