I am 29 6'4" and probably 10-20 pounds more than I need to be. I need to get a scale lol. Anyway. I'm not fat but it's noticeable in the mirror front (belly) and sides. So I know I need to work out. I plan on getting the Total Trainer DLX III mostly for my height and video and all the parts it comes with.
I have a few concerns. #1 is probably the biggeset and deals with the orange triad I've been reading about. I've read that 5000mcg is the recommended daily value for vitamin A. I know and read of concerns over vitamin A poisoning and how to much of it can hurt organs such as the liver and etc. I take it that the Vitamin A in OT is not what it seems. As it is water soluable? So the 5000 figure is a tad inflated.
Secondly on the home page I noticed this reduction. How has that worked for some of you, how safe is it and would someone like me benefit especially dealing with belly fat.
Also can I use this along side orange triad without the two colliding in some negative way.
Thanks guys. Been reading this stuff for sometime and it seems to be the best I've seen based on reviews and customer comments. I wish I was more educated on this stuff so I figure I'd ask the experts.
had to edit. once site said OT had 5000 and your site says 10000 but the question remains the same.
